The honest answer to "how much does deep cleaning cost?" is that it depends on your home — but not in a vague way. The price is built from a few measurable things, and once you know them you can predict a quote and spot one that does not add up.
The basis: floor area, per sq.ft
Interior deep cleaning in Kerala is priced on the floor area of the home, per square foot. It is the fairest model because you can check it: measure the area, multiply by the rate, and the estimate follows. Be cautious with flat "per BHK" or "per day" pricing, which cannot account for a large 2 BHK or a small 3 BHK.

Five things that change the figure
- Furnished or unfurnished. An empty home is a different job from a lived-in one: no furniture to work around, but every surface to reach, including cabinet interiors.
