Is J-Guard a franchise?
J-Guard runs a platform membership programme, and it is modelled differently from a franchise.
You run an independent business in an agreed territory, under our brand. Customers book J-Guard, at prices set on our platform, and we remain accountable for the service they receive — we audit quality against the same documented checklists used at every branch, and we handle complaints centrally. The work is carried out by your business, with your crew, whom you employ, train and pay.
Platform membership does not make you our partner, our agent or our employee, and it does not make us yours. Territory, term and commercials are agreed case by case and set out in the Platform Membership Agreement, which you take your own advice on before signing.

Is J-Guard a franchise?
J-Guard runs a platform membership programme, modelled differently from a franchise — the section above sets out how it works.
What does it cost to start?
It depends on the territory and on which services you take up, so we do not publish a figure. Our partnerships team discusses specifics once we have talked about your city. Territory, term, fees and revenue share are recorded in the Platform Membership Agreement.
How much can I earn?
We do not make income claims. Results depend on your territory, your team and how you run the business. Any figures discussed during the application process are illustrative, not guarantees.
Do I need experience in cleaning or pest control?
No. It helps, but we train. What matters more is that you can commit full-time, build a local team, and meet the working-capital requirement for your territory.
Which cities are open?
Tamil Nadu and Karnataka are the current focus, with Telangana and Andhra Pradesh opening next. Kerala is close to fully covered. Ask us about your city either way — territory availability changes.
Do I get an exclusive territory?
Territory boundaries are agreed case by case and recorded in the agreement. We will tell you exactly what is on the table before anything is signed.
Who handles customer complaints?
We do, centrally. Customers booking J-Guard in your territory are booking J-Guard, so we audit service quality and respond to complaints, and we require corrective action where standards slip.
Am I a J-Guard employee or partner?
Neither. You run an independent business. Platform membership does not create a partnership, joint venture, agency or employment relationship in either direction.
