Termite Control Treatment:

Post-Construction Treatment: Carries a 5-year service warranty.

Pre-Construction Treatment: Carries an 8-year warranty, provided the entire building is treated in accordance with standard protocols and without interruption or modification by third parties.

15.3 No Liability for Pre-Existing Conditions

J-Guard shall not be liable for:

Pre-existing structural damage, pest-related damage, or deterioration.

Infestations that were hidden, undisclosed, or not visible at the time of inspection.

Pest recurrence due to environmental or structural factors beyond the control of J-Guard.

15.4 Health & Safety Precautions

All pest control treatments use chemicals approved by regulatory authorities and applied as per standard safety guidelines.

J-Guard assumes no liability for allergic reactions, respiratory issues, or other health concerns that may arise post-treatment unless there is proven negligence in the application process.

Customers are encouraged to vacate the premises for the specified safety period if advised by technicians.

15.5 Limitation of Liability

J-Guard’s liability is strictly limited to either:

A free re-treatment of the affected area, OR

A refund of the amount paid for the specific pest control service, whichever is lower.

Under no circumstances shall J-Guard be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

15.6 Post-Treatment Instructions

Customers are responsible for following all post-treatment instructions issued by the technician.

This may include temporary evacuation, proper ventilation, avoidance of water cleaning in treated areas, etc.

Failure to follow instructions will result in nullification of any applicable warranties or free re-treatments.

15.7 Scope Limitations

Pest control services are limited to the pest types explicitly mentioned in the service contract or invoice.
